Direct Booking

Step 1

A separate window will open logging you in to our secure booking engine.

Step 2

Use the booking engine to check our availability and see if we have rooms available for your desired stay.

Step 3

If you wish to proceed with a reservation, simply fill in all of the required fields. You will be asked to provide a valid credit card which will be charged the first night’s accommodation (this is non-refundable).

72 hours prior to arrival your credit card will be charged the remaining balance of your stay. All cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged for the entire stay.

Reservations FAQ


Our reception is located onsite at 21 Ward Avenue in Potts Point. Reception is open from 8am until 9pm 7 days a week, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available during these hours to assist you with any reservation enquiries or other questions you may have.

Checking In/Out

Check in time is from 2:00 p.m. If you are arriving prior to 2pm we are able to store any luggage you may have until check in time. If you wish to ensure a room is available for an early arrival you may wish to reserve your accommodation from the night prior to your arrival.

Check out time is at 10am. Late check outs are subject to availability at a rate of $25 per hour. Please enquire at reception upon arrival as to the availability of a later check out.

After Hours Check-In

Our reception closes at 9pm each evening. Any arrivals after this time will subject to a charge of $50 per hour until 12am and must be arranged with the hotel at the time of booking. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any arrivals after 12am and prior to 8am.

Check-in Documents

Upon arrival all guest are required to present a valid credit card and current photo identification. These documents should be in the name of the person the reservation has been made in and who is checking in. If you wish to make a reservation on someone else’s behalf please contact the hotel prior to booking as you will need to complete and return a credit card authorization form along with a copy of the credit card being used for the reservation.



Annam Apartments offers secure onsite parking which is accessible 24 hours a day. Parking is charged at a flat rate of $25 per night. As space is limited (we use the Car Stacker System) it is essential that parking is reserved at the time of booking your accommodation.

Please note that the following height and length restrictions apply, and any vehicle exceeding these dimensions will not be able to be accommodated (4WD and cars fitted with roof racks are unable to be accommodated):

For vehicles that exceed these dimensions, 24 hour security parking is available at Wilson Parking station on Ward Avenue, a short walk from the apartments. Rates will vary depending on the length of stay and any enquiries should be made directly with the parking station.

The entrance to our car park is located on Goderich Lane which runs off Ward Avenue. Directions can be found here
